Materials Made to Perform
Leveraging advanced material science and precision design, we engineer composites that meet the most demanding performance standards. Our tailored core and skin combinations deliver the strength and durability necessary for some of the toughest environments.
Core Materials
We offer core materials that deliver functionality without unnecessary weight. Designed to meet specific performance goals, our cores enhance stiffness, strength, energy absorption, or thermal insulation precisely to your needs.
We carefully select cores for their ability to improve mechanical properties and overall composite performance. There are many material options available, including (but not limited to) Extruded Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and Polypropylene (PP) Foam, which can meet the specific performance requirements of your application.
Composite Skin Materials
Top-performing composite solutions today utilize skin materials that combine engineered strength, flexibility, and thermal control to meet the precise demands of advanced applications. These skin materials, which include PP/PC/ABS/PVC Thermoplastics, as well as Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics (CFRT) made from glass, natural fibers, and carbon fibers, provide durable and lightweight options that can be customized to suit the needs of various industries.
Class A Surfaces: Where Strength Meets Style
Our Class A skins offer more than surface-level protection—they make a statement. Engineered with textures, grains, and printed films, these finishes boost visual appeal while providing durable, long-lasting protection. Materials such as Printed PP Film, Natural Veneers, protective films and TPO deliver consistent, high-quality finishes across applications.
