Composite After Lamination

Lamination

Laminated panels combine lightweight cores with fiber-reinforced thermoplastic, carbon or decorative skins to meet today’s structural, thermal and aesthetic goals. This process enables tailored combinations that deliver strength, stiffness and visual appeal on one or both sides.

Our advanced lamination process can seamlessly bond similar materials through heat or use adhesive films for stronger integration of different substrates. As a separate capability, the laminator can also consolidate fibers with polymer coatings or fibers impregnated into rigid skins, ensuring a uniform, fully bonded structure.

Unlike wood or traditional construction methods, laminated panels arrive ready to install, accelerating production and ensuring consistent quality.

Routing Bits Ready For Use

Routing

Precision routing transforms flat panels into ready-to-install components for a wide range of applications. This capability supports complex geometries and tight tolerances for consistent, high-quality parts. It also enables smooth edge finishing to improve fit and finish during final assembly.

With in-house expertise and scalable equipment, our routing process adapts to diverse part sizes and designs, delivering production-ready parts on a fast timeline.

Molding

Molding

Beyond flat panels, our laminated composites can be molded into complex shapes and precise contours, combining structural integrity with complete design freedom. This molding capability is ideal for producing large or intricate parts efficiently, delivering consistent, high-performance components at scale.

By integrating thermoforming directly into the manufacturing process, we eliminate secondary steps, speed up assembly, and help clients bring concepts to market faster—without compromising quality.

Custom Products

Custom Product Development

Composite applications are often custom-made. Tailoring next-generation materials ensures each application meets your industry’s exact demands. By minimizing tooling and complex installation, our approach speeds development and keeps projects on track.

Rapid prototyping drives the simplicity of our production process, enabling clients to make necessary adjustments quickly.

Prototyping

Prototyping

Speed matters. Quick prototype iterations shorten development cycles and reduce surprises during production. Our prototyping process delivers physical samples early, allowing you to evaluate form, fit and function without delay.
